This kit is a great supplement to outdoor education programs for middle school and high school students. The kit contains animal identification resources, text set and activity ideas that can be used during outdoor learning opportunities. In early grades students learn about living things and survival. Intermediate, middle, and high school students study economics including supply and demand, goods and services, scarcity and plenty. Into older grades students also learn how humans impact the survival of plants and animals in our world and how we can work to preserve, conserve and protect the habitats around our world. This kit takes students into first-hand accounts of survival in nature.
