This kit includes alphabet specific books that emphasize individual letters and their onset sounds. Manipulatives and games provide many opportunities to practice letter naming and letter-sound correspondence. Letter tiles provide access to choice-making and communication as students identify the letters representing the first sound in words. Two single switch voice output devices are provided for students who may need to use augmented communication to access learning and participate with their peers. They can be programed with either letter names, letter sounds or words for others to respond to during game play or literacy activities.
