The Rossetti Infant Toddler Language Scale allows examiners to gather information from direct observation, elicitation, and direct report in order to monitor a child’s progress in language developmental areas. The Rossetti Infant-Toddler Language Scale was designed to provide the clinician with a comprehensive, and relevant tool to assess the preverbal and verbal aspects of communication and interaction in the young child. The examiner has the freedom to determine in more than one way if a child has mastered a behavior. The spontaneous observation of a behavior, direct elicitation of a behavior, and the caregiver's report of a behavior all carry equal weight when scoring the scale. (Requires special credentials to access - Level 3.)
