Intended as a screening tool, the DEST-2 is used with children ranging from 4:6-6:5 years of age. It is used to gain information on whether additional testing/full assessment is needed by a psychologist. The DEST-2 provides insight on strengths and weaknesses which can guide in the development of appropriate supports, services and programming. The DEST-2 includes twelve subtests. Administration time is approximately 30 minutes. (Requires special credentials to access - Level 3.)
