The Autism Spectrum Screening Questionnaire (ASSQ; Ehlers, Gillberg & Wing 1999) is designed to screen for symptoms related to AS and other high-functioning disorders (HFA) along the autism spectrum. The checklist consists of 27 items that are related on a 3 point scale. The scale has been studied with individuals between the age of 6 and 17. Estimated cutoff scores are provided.
