The ABAS-3 is a tool designed to assess adaptive skills. It provides information on general adaptive behavior as well as individual adaptive skills such as communication, community use, functional academics/pre-academics, home/school living, health and safety, leisure, self-care, self-direction, social, work, and motor. The ABAS-3 can be used with individuals from birth through age 89. Administration takes approximately 20 minutes. It is typically completed by a parent, caregiver and/or teacher. A self-report is also included for adults. (Requires special credentials to access - Level 2.)
