The Comprehensive Executive Function Inventory (CEFI) is a rating scale designed to assess executive function skills in children ages 5 through 18 years. It can be completed by a parent, teacher or child. The CEFI can be used to assess an individual or group. The CEFI includes nine scales: attention, emotional regulation, flexibility, inhibitory control, initiation, organization, planning, self-monitoring and working memory. There are three forms: the CEFI (5-18 years) Parent Form, the CEFI (5-18 years) Teacher Form and the CEFI (12-18 years) Self-Report Form. The rating scale takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. (Requires special credentials to access - Level 3.)
